On the two towers you'll find ammo and extra health:
shield belt and body armour.
On top of the smaller tower you'll find the redeemer.
Use elevators to get on top of larger towers and jump to redeemer.
Other possibilities: use boots or translocator.
Use translocator.
Boots won't help you here.
